After having our sprinkler system started up for the season by another company, we set out to lay sod down in portions of our yard that needed some attention. We realized our sprinkler system wasn’t working properly, as the heads wouldn’t pop up fully nor spray more than a few inches when started from the sprinkler control panel in the garage. When manually started from the valve box, it became clear that coverage was extremely poor, despite being assured by the the other company that everything was working well. Large sections of the newly installed sod were receiving no water.

With newly planted sod requiring immediate and consistent watering, this became an urgent issue on a Saturday while the original company was closed for the weekend. We contacted because he was available on weekends, and he went above and beyond to rearrange his schedule to help us the very same day. Ben thoroughly assessed and diagnosed the underlying problems and was incredibly meticulous in making the necessary repairs. We have never had anyone spend so much time ensuring our sprinkler system was operating efficiently and effectively with water coverage. Thanks to expertise and dedication, our system is now working exactly as it should. We will absolutely be using Ben for all of our future sprinkler and lawn needs. Highly recommend his services!

Ben came out even with a busy schedule. Confidently stated he could get it working even though the system hasn’t worked in over 5 years and sure enough within a couple hours it was fully operational again. Great work and really nice guy. Would recommend to anyone!
